He came out and did some work for us last year. The work was ok and he initially was very prompt and responsive but then he failed to follow up on promises he made for some areas of the yard and stopped communicating. Recently he reached out on a community page requesting leads for work and I expressed those frustrations. He did respond promptly but then continued to be sparse with communication and did not follow through on two appointments to have him come out. One without any notice and the 2nd with less than 12 hours notice to cancel. I’m not interested in playing games with contractors.
