    Home Foundation and electrical work

    Do not hire this company/man he is a con artist/ crook. Luis seemed like he new what he was doing and used a lot of tactics to gain our trust. My husband hired him thinking it was a good deal but we were wrong and will now have to spend double. We are in the process of trying to sue because he ran with the money and did no work. We learned our lesson to never pay contractors up front but unfortunately we probably will not get our money back. It was thousands of dollars, and a large project. Do not hire Luis for anything you want completed correctly.
