I lived in a celebrity home years ago , the builder used all the cheap material in order to cut the cost , guess that’s why the new house is not very expensive , but you will see a lot of problems after you moved in .

WellL I guess for starters The first week we moved in the dryer didn’t work called they came they got it fixed but how a new dryer to go bad before I even get to use it is beyond me no I’ve lived in my house 21 months my microwave has gone out and now my air conditioner and getting a hold of the warranty company to cover that part of it is almost impossible and I just get excuses when I callWhat is the point of buying a brand new home with brand new appliances if they’re all going to break down within the first two years and the warranty doesn’t cover labor the whole reason for buying a new house with new appliances were so that I wouldn’t have to worry about that for five or six years avoid just forget it by something else anywhere else

Avoid at all costs. If you can afford a celebrity, you can afford something better. 100% of their actions are taken to cut costs. Dishwasher went out after about 18 months, but installing a new one has become impossible due to cabinets, trim, and sub floor all being installed incorrectly. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Have lived in our new home for about 3 years now. Working with Celebrity homes was a very positive experience. Price of home was great. Quality seems really good. Any warrantee work needed was performed quickly and satisfactorily. We love our home.

#itsallincluded except the yard, paint, oh and the insulation. We have lived in our home since June 19th with no insulation in the attic. Continual calls, text and emails to the warranty team my agent and the sales manager have resulted in wasted time and energy.
While writing this review today I am
Waiting for the insulation company to show up and they are 25 minutes late with no phone call or updates. Calling their office provided me with the opportunity to leave a note.Make sure EVERYTHING is done before moving In. Their company was fantastic to deal with until after the move in date, now I am missing work and still no Response.

I moved into my new home in November of 2020 and is it the best home I’ve ever had? No, of course not. I’ve two custom built million dollar homes. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality of my home, and I actually love this place.
You can buy a better home and you can buy a worse home. Overall, I’m more than pleased.
