    Heat Busters is an AWESOME company! From the owners...right down to their maintenance and installation crews -- they are responsive; knowledgeable; professional; polite; and they educate their clients along the way! HEIDI....is OFF THE CHARTS! All (3) times I've had to call for service, it has been at off hours and today a Sunday. I am hoping to leave a message...a voice answers, in such a professional manner, I believed it to be the answering machine. I always say...is this the machine, or it it REALLY Heidi? The response has "always" been...yes, it's Heidi! She diagnoses the problem over the phone - quickly reaches out to her crew - and VOILA someone quickly appears to fix the problem...each and every time!

    I wish EVERY company had these qualities and work ethics!

    We just acquired our home in Ellenton Florida. As luck would have it on the second season it failed. I referred to the yellow pages and discovered Heat Busters!     We phoned on a Friday night father 10 pm as the air con was not working and it was 80 degrees outside. Henry arranged to come at 9 a.m. The next morning on a Saturday. Very efficient and nice. I would definitely recommend this company.
