When my AC units started to make a funny gurgled sound I knew that I had to get these units checked out ASAP. I went through my Home Warranty Company and tried to schedule a Technician to come out. For 3 weeks I was ignored by my Home Warranty Company and finally I just gave up.
Both of my AC units were functioning properly. I just wanted to have someone come out to maintain the units and check if everything was working properly "just in case". After feeling abandoned and Defeated by my Home Warranty Company I withdrew my current claims with them. Then to my Surprise HEAT SLAYER HVAC CO. LLC texted me and informed me that My Home Warranty Company did not cover Maintenance. I wish my Home Warranty Company would have just told me this from the beginning.
I knew that I was going nowhere with my Home Warranty Company. So I jumped at the chance to go with "HEAT SLAYER HVAC CO. LLC". Richie offered to come and assess both of my AC units. I was grateful to finally have someone who was willing to take the time to listen to me.
