Don't leave any wood laying around that you intend to use for a project. They will take that wood and still charge you for supplies. They didn't remove the wood rot like I had asked and had to bring them back out only after I noticed a tiny sliver they forgot to cover up and hide from me.

Heath Kelly was my knight in shining armor! When our house was destroyed by Wayne Paytas, he came in and replaced the rotted joists under the two back doors. They jacked up the house and replaced the rotted wood. They also attached the joist hangers that weren't attached properly. They were the ones that told me that I had no hurricane straps...27 in all...and I had paid for those. I have NO repercussions towards Paytas, so I'm stuck with wavy and cracked walls, a big debt, and an ever leaking roof. Health Kelly Construction is a Christian based company. He wasn't even going to charge me for all the worked under the house with attaching all the joist hangers, but I insisted that my problem with Paytas was not his problem. I would certainly recommend Health! He's the best and I'm just grateful I found an honest contractor that is not going to cheat me like Paytas did.
