I went through 3 different HVAC repair companies and no one could figure out what was going on. A lot of experimentation with the primary, secondary drain pipes and the orientation of the drain pan still bore no results and the system would shutoff every so often. Scott from Heath's Air came in and was able to do a great job of not just fixing the issue but also logically explaining what he thinks is going wrong and how he believes what he's doing will fix the issue. He made sure the customer understood all the technical details in simple terms and was able to point to evidence in the system (such as water drop stains) to back his hypothesis. Scheduling was also a breeze and they were able to expeditiously come and resolve the issue in this peak summer month where I'm sure there are a lot of urgent requests. Heath's Air, LLC called me on a Saturday when I asked for help for freezing air trainers in my split a/c system. The crew at Heath's Air appeared immediately on Monday presuming the problem with was a straightforward refrigerant refill and also found greater than they bargained for, a shabby setup task with crossed electrical wiring. Within a couple of hrs. they identified the setup issues and repaired the electrical wiring without missing out on a beat.
