    Fix the Furnace - sent by our Home Warranty Company

    We had issues with our heater not heating the house correctly. We noticed that the heater was stuck on Aux Heat and the burner wasn't turning on correctly. The technician arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the issue which was a combination of a burner that needed clean and a fault with our thermostat. I would recommend this company to others any day!

    Fix disconnected HVAC ductwork

    The technician was sent from our home warranty company. He went down to look at the furnace, which was never part of the problem and came up a minute later claiming that everything looked like it should work. We reiterated that the entire problem we called the warranty company about was that the upstairs register was not properly connected to the system. He refused to even look at it claiming that it "probably wasn't part of the warranty". He was very rude to us and completely unprofessional. Looking up his "company" online shows a vast majority of 1-star reviews and that he is a one-man-scam Operation that focuses on doing the bare minimum to apply for home warranty contracts so he doesn't have to actually run a proper business.

They fit me us same day even though I am sure they were busy. Their technician came out and fixed the issue extremely quickly and I was communicated to at every step of the way.     Furnace Repair

    This company was sent out to our home from our home warranty company. I only gave them one star because i couldn't give zero stars. The only time I was able to get through and speak to someone was the initial phone call to set up the first appointment date and time. They did come out the same day as the phone call. The person they sent told us the reason our furnace was blowing cold air was because the coil needed cleaning. The guy showed me a picture on his phone and not the actual coil (I was home and he could have personally shown me). He did a couple things and was only here for about 20 minutes. He said the cleaning was not covered by warranty and their charge was $350. I called 3 other companies for coil clean and they all charged from $115 to $120. We had American Air out for inspection and coil cleaning (Tom) said the coil was clean and did not need to be cleaned. He showed me the coil (looked nothing like the picture shown from heating & cooling experts contractor). Two days later our furnace stopped working. I called home warranty company to send someone out and the had to send same heating/cooling experts. I called them 5 times and left two messages (it was 10 degrees outside). No one called or ever answered phone. Called home warranty back and they called while I was on hold and told warranty company they would not do anything because they said coil needs to be cleaned (did not need cleaning). Called American Air and they answered the phone and came out same day to fix air motion part I hope I get reimbursed $1,500 from home warranty company and told them what terrible service heating and cooling experts gave. I will never let them back in my house. DO NOT USE HEATING & COOLING EXPERTS LLC. Very unprofessional and unresponsive, I highly recommend American Air was honest and provided prompt service.

    They can't even fix the problem with the HVAC if they knew how, they claim the warranty company will drop them if they suggest a replacement versus a repair so they keep maintenancing the unit without being able to repair it; I assume because they don't know how. They've been out four times. They tell the customers the units need replaced but the warranty company won't cover a replacement only a repair. They won't put anything in writing! It's all a scam!

    They came out to repair my air conditioner twice, but all they did was refill it with refrigerant. Technicians had no desire to find the root of the problem or spend any time or effort repairing the problem. After two visits I had to call another company to come out. The new company easily diagnosed the problem and fix the problem . I would never recommend anybody using this company.

    This company is horrible. It took them more than 10 days to schedule a time for our recall because they simply didn't fix it the first time. Finally they scheduled something then when I asked please Don't call my husband call me instead. The lady on the phone simply said that I lied to her and they never called my husband as if I have time to call them million times to schedule something.... nonsense. So she simply canceled my appointment and said that I own this company and there is nothing that she can do for us. I have never dealt with any company like this in my life. So rude and unprofessional. Would never use them any more nor I recommend them to anyone.

    horrible communication

    We have a home warranty and they gave us their contact information. I called only to hear it would be a day or so until they could come out. They also couldn't tell me a time frame as to when either. He cane out two days ago. Took the fan with him and said the unit was iced over so he couldn't work on the unit. He said scheduling would call for him to come back. That was two days ago. I've tried to contact them countless times but no answer. I've left messages and even called my home warranty for them to contact them. They could not either and said they left a message for them to call me. The home warranty said I could not switch to another company until they finish the job... at this rate I might as well buy a new fan and call a new company. It's over 82° inside with all Windows open with a baby. Never again!!! 9-4-15

    Despicable and Neglegent

    Horrific, Neglegent and unprofessional.

    This contractor was sent to our home by American Home Shield to diagnose and repair a down unit. 3 times they came and each time were in the home less than 5 minutes only to leave claiming it was fixed. Once, they never even came inside. Blaming it on a loose wire.

    They were told to wait until we got home as we are 10 minutes away and they neglected to do so. Instead they pulled away as my wife parked in the driveway. They never returned a single phone call but were happy to take the check that was left for them (stop payment was placed on the check.)

    Unit was obviously clogged based on the gallons of water on the floor. 4th visit was demanded to AHS by a different contractor who could not believe they were unable to fix it on the first trip. The guy knew what the issue was without even having to open the unit.

    End result... 2 weeks now of 90+ weather and no AC as we now have to wait thru the holiday weekend for the shorted out board to be ordered and installed.

    4 kids in the home sleeping on the couches and in the basement as not even the dogs are going upstairs due to the heat. Sleepless nights and a sick 5 yr old.

    I will make it my mission to ensure everyone knows of this company's neglegence and incompetence. AHS and this company were both warned that the unit was to be fully operational by 5 yesterday to avoid further action. New contractor is truly exceptional but despite his abilities, the actions of experts llc have caused yet another sleepless weekend for my wife and children.

    Absolutely despicable. And to prove it: I can guarantee this company still wont call us back even after they are notified of this review. If they do, I will consider ammendment.

    DO NOT USE

    Horrible. I would NOT recommend using them. First it has taken at this time 3 trips to fix an A/C unit. Their scheduled 4th visit they missed and claimed I was not home and did not answer a call from them. I told them I was home and did not see their call in my call log, I asked to get a copy of their GPS information, and a call log from them. They denied and told me to use another service. RUN FROM THEM. I tried to file a complaint with the BBB but they are not listed!
