The first time around, he cracked the tub surround and tried to cover it up with caulking. When I called him later that day, he denied it and told me I'd have to pay him to come out to remove it. Then I had to arrange the exchange at Menards. Then after the second time, I noticed the new tub was creaking BAD. He claimed that it was normal for acrylic tubs to creak until they "settle" and told me I could spray some foam under it through the tiny access point. Turns out he improperly installed the tub since it's now a year later and the tub still creaks badly. VERY disappointing experience.
