We hired Jose to demolish an existing two-car garage and foundation. Our addition included a new two-car garage, bathroom, laundry area, office and future second story. Jose showed up the first day on time with his crew and detailed the layout of the job. He gave daily updates, worked hard and cleaned the site before leaving every day. Jose offered many great architectural ideas. The project was finished on time and on budget. We definitely recommend Hector Construction.

wife in the first floor on my residence due to her age it was getting hard for Her to use the second floor and upper bathroom so we decided to remodel and add an extra bedroom with access to the existing first floor bathroom, originally the person who did the blueprint made the new proposed bedroom dimensions way to small so Jose realized that and helped us to made changes, explain us the process and went to the city planning with the new dimensions and pull new approved permits, trough the remodel phases He helped us to visualize how bedroom was gonna look like before it was finish and to accommodate the new appliances and fixtures for my wife needs, he was very methodical and focus on details, His workers are really friendly and before they leave every day they make sure that job site was clean, I highly recommend Hector Construction and Remodeling! We recently did an addition to our home in Cerritos with Jose, at Hector Construction & Remoldeling. Since I have a little background in construction management, I am very familiar with construction sites and contractors. That being said, Jose and his crew are at the top of their game. Jose is a very honest and knowledgeable contractor. He is passionate about his work and pays close attention to detail and budget. Out of the three bids we received, Jose's came in at the middle, which we were ok with. His bid was very fair and any additions we made were also priced fairly. The fact that he was trustworthy and knowledgeable about all aspects of construction, was the reason we hired him. Jose charged what he said he was going to charge, showed up when he said he was going to show up, and finished when he said he was going to finish. From the start to finish of the job, Jose and his crew were consistently at the job site until the project was completed. His workers were always clean and respectful of the property. Jose and his crew did everything from the foundation to the finished carpentry. Their quality of work and attention to detail, resulted in an awesome project and an overall, positive construction experience. I recommend Jose and Hector Construction to anyone who needs work done on their house.

I highly recommend Hector Construction. His bid was not the cheapest for my house addition project but his very detailed quote, ability to explain and answer all my questions and concerns on a timely basis, and completion of the project within the agreed timeframe made me hire him to renovate the rest of my house and patio. He was very easy to work with, and was always around to supervise his courteous staff. I am a recent widow and not very knowledgeable about construction, and Jose was very patient in explaining the construction process to me and provided numerous helpful suggestions.

Jose assembled and managed an outstanding team to refurbish and also build out our property including seven cottages. Best experience my wife and I have had with a contractor- 1 partial remodel in Colorado, a new kitchen and dining room in our California home- they went well, but nothing compared to how Hector’s construction took care of us with a bed room expansion- specifically Jose- he arrived early in the morning- cleaned up each night out before I got home at 6:30- than on his way home he would call me update the progress and tell
Me ”Iam going to pick supplies up first thing in the morning be there by 9 and lay out the days plan” And truth is if he said it would be done it was! Turned out beautiful! Had no surprises project completed on time and VERY IMPORTANT WORKED HARD TO SATISFY INSPECTORS -would/will hire for our next project!!
