Duane Heidrick, concrete. I had outside steps repaired and was told same results as pulling all concrete out. We signed papers and most of the time he and his crew showed up almost darkj and did little at a time. When he said it was completed it was the sloppiest job done with cement poured on my landscape, sides of house, on pavement and drippings all over. Within the first frost, the steps start falling apart. I called him and he blamed the cement truck was late and blamed me for doing destruction to the steps. He sent someone to repair and patch side of steps but never came back as he promised. At this point the steps are falling apart and he would not answer complaint or threatened to sue me. It has been over a year and no response.
His work is destructive and I'm still trying to get results...which are none. Don't use or trust him at all.
