My experience was a NIGHTMARE1 they were hired in good faith & sadly on a recommendation! Rick constantly pulled the men off my job to work elsewhere and never advised me. He let men do jobs they were not qualified to do. When they were "so called done" it cost me several hundred $'s to fix their mistakes, This was an in-law suite in an already existing space, was to take 6/8 weeks and took 5 months, Wish I could find a lower rating than 1 star! I wish I had seen the above reviews before I hired this company as I too have had a horrible experience. Punch list items never completed. Scheduled to work and never showed up multiple times. Shoddy work. 3 week jobs still not completed after 9 weeks. Then he did not pay a subcontractor who put a Leon on my property!

Don't use them,shoddy work. I had to get most things redone costing me additional money! Stay away.

If I could rate a negative 10, I would. Mr. Riccardi promised the job would be done in 6 weeks back in Feb 2016. It is now August 24 and I have other contractors fixing issues on his "punch list" jobs. I lost lease ops for the RNC and I received an invoice for 3 times what was originally estimated even though I paid for all materials and labor was performed by other contractors but billed by him. I think he's overwrought about other jobs he can't complete. He pulled people off of our job to meet commitments on others hence the delays. Workers were generally messy and caused redo's at our cost to pay for new contractors to clean and fix. Do not use him or use at your peril and cost.

I wish I could rate this "company" lower than 1 star. My project was a 203K loan through the bank. We signed the bank docs in July 2015, and then closed on the property in November 2015. The contractor was given 120 days to complete, which should have been a generous amount of time for a small kitchen install, new roof and tile in the bathroom. The only thing he did prior to 3 months in was replace the roof. The shingles were a beautiful tan/grey color, but the roof caps are black - first problem. It was 10 days before the 120 days were up that he finally started to do anything else in the house. The tile floor is uneven, and the grout in the shower cracked in both corners within 48 hours of drying. When he replaced the doors on the house he did not remove the brick mold or use treated lumber. It rotted within a month and had to be replaced. He under ordered on cabinets because he measured incorrectly (or not at all). All the doors on the cabinets are uneven. And despite being told from our initial meeting that I wanted a farmhouse sink he did not order the correct sink base to fit one (the cabinet had to be sent back and cut, and even now the doors are 8 inches too small). Not once did he post permits at the property - I'm still not sure if he ever got any. His guys were constantly smoking in the house despite being told not too. And used our tools and supplies on more than one occasion. At the end of the day they left trash EVERYWHERE. My driveway is still covered in cigarette butts. We ended up cutting his scope of work by over half, doing most the work ourselves (costing us $4,000) because none of the work he did was quality or on time. There was no communication from Rick when it came to completing the project. Being a young woman I had my Dad with me to make sure I wasn't being taken advantage of, but Rick stopped talking to me all together, speaking directly to my father even when I was standing right there! This was completely disrespectful and disgusted me more than the shoddy work his guys were doing. It is now 3 months past his 120 days and he is finally done enough for me to move in (and get him out). DO NOT USE THEM! You will regret ever meeting this contractor!

If I could give them a 0 I would! Took 6 mos to complete 6 weeks (that's being generous) of work. Shoddy work and tried to bill us for things they didn't even do. DO NOT USE THEM! You will regret it.

Their work was of poor quality, did not complete anyone project in a timely manner,always calling to find out where they were and when the work was going to be completed. I ended up firing them only to find out that no permits were pulled and they would not guarantee any of the completed work that they were paid for.
They was recommended through our mortgage company years ago. We hired them, and completely regretted it. They started very late, every single thing they did within 1 year came apart and broke. They fixed a part on the chimney, and it almost killed us of carbondioxide. I have Google the company for years now I see the same complaints as us. Worst company ever.
