    Hans Heinen is the best contractor we've had the privilege of working with in all our 40 yrs and 5-6 houses. His temperament is very laid back and easy going, but yet he is anal about schedule and quality. We had a bit of an extended time - due to being in the middle of covid. But we had subs here every single day for 8 mos. We knocked out 2 solid walls and put walls of windows and french doors. Added a massive covered patio and kitchen. And added a dual fireplace in our dining and living. Changed out windows and painted the whole house and numerous other small projects. All of his subs were also impeccable quality and perfectionist. Most builders/contractors you can hardly stand them at the end of a project due to all the drag out and lies. Hans was an absolute pleasure to work with and very respectful.
