Nathan and Brady built a kickass custom tree house for my son. They were very knowledgeable about working with Belmont to avoid needing to get a permit which was a significant savings. Their pricing was very straight forward and they managed to come in significantly under budget. I will definitely work with them again.

By Eric P.December 8, 2018Build a very large deck off the back of our house, on a hill
Recently had Heirloom Builder make us a nearly 600 sq/ft deck here in the Belmont foothills: European tile, redwood & glass rails, sealed like a roof, gas & electric brought in for the grill & firepit, and built like a tank. They handled everything from initial design, permits, and overall construction. From start to finish professional, transparent, and on schedule/budget. Would happily work with them again. The deck came out beautiful, Nathan was always willing to discuss ideas & proposed changes as the design evolved.

By EmmaDecember 3, 2018Improve Drainage around house
Nathan improved the drainage around our house. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to really understand the problem and helped explain why the existing drainage might not be sufficient. He provided lots of options and answers to our questions to help us determine the most cost-effective approach. He then executed the approach in a professional and hard-working manner. We recommend him and look forward to working with him on future projects!

By a user in South San FranciscoNovember 28, 2018kitchen, bathroom remodels$37,000
Nathan made sure that our remodeling process was more pleasant than stressful!
1. He responded really quickly as we reached out to him.
2. He laid out all the expenses we needed to consider (no hidden costs).
3. We worked together on the style and upgrades in our newly bought house. (first time homebuyer)
4. We recently hosted our housewarming during Thanksgiving, and our guests complemented his work.
5. Highly recommend! -

Amazing work! Nathan was very attentive and listened to our needs. He came up with really great ideas and we love the results.
He really went the extra mile for us when we worked on the bathroom renovation - he built it from scratch but took in our individual needs and taste. The results are just stunning! -
By Syl Z.November 26, 2018Workshop/recreational vehicle storage building with extensive overhang & shelving
We recently contracted with Nathan Majeski of Heirloom Builder to construct a small workshop and recreational vehicle storage building. From start to finish, Mr Majeski was professional, proficient and communicative. He listened carefully to our goals for the project; made excellent recommendations and executed the plan in a timely, thoughtful manner. Nathan was organized, managed the subcontractors well and the project came in on budget. Since he is a sole proprietor, it was very refreshing to work with the same individual from the design through all phases of construction. Most importantly, his workmanship is of the highest quality. We will use Herloom Builder for future projects.
