Do not prepay. Paid in advance but only bought 1/4 of materials and did 1/2 the job. They said it would be done in two days but three month later job is still incomplete. There are no materials and no compensation for materials. Swore ten times he'd bring materials but still hasn't. Only came back to get tar paper off my house to do someone else's job.
