100% avoid at all costs. When it took longer than the owner wanted for our insurance company to get back to us with claim information / payment ,the owner Mike decided he wanted his money now, and decided to take us to court.
When we called, they showed up promptly, sucked up the small amount of water we had in the basement, made us sign a vague agreement, but failed to mention what the costs were. There was no disclaimer regarding costs at all, and I see now why. They charged us over $7,240 to throw some fans in the basement!!!
I say again, avoid at all costs. A money hungry remediation company that keeps their policies vague because they’re used to insurance flipping the bill.
The worst part? I was warned about HELP prior to calling them but decided to give them a shot because I knew the owner personally.
