My name is Joe. My wife and I acquired a house in Collingswood through foreclosure that could be only described as falling apart-windows missing or broken, non functioning bathrooms, rotted floors, collapsed roofs, rotting kitchen cabinets missing doors and the list goes on. The house had over 30 code violations when inspected. Kevin and an assistant spent last summer addressing the code violations, reconstructing the bathrooms and kitchen, installing windows; whatever was needed to return a healthy environment to the tenants. Kevin is professional, easy to work with and one of the most honest people I have ever met. Most important, he is very good at what he does and charges reasonable rates.
