    minor plumbing

I thought Tom Hennessey, was a competent well man. He came to my house to replace a copper fitting on the water line, two feet off the well pipe. He turned the bypass valve and it cause the sediment to clog the water lines and toilets. I took videos and text it to him. He works out of his house, and only lives 5 miles from mine. It took him two days to return. After showing him the water pressure was a trickle he did not care. He told me that was the way it was. I had to hire All Points East Plumbing, to open all faucets and toilet emergency valves and drain everything. As a result, I had to replace three faucets. It cost me $2,100.00 to clear the lines and replace the faucets. I wanted to sue him in small claims court, but then I needed surgery and was at home for months and did not need the STRESS. Ironically, I was speaking to my friend in New Suffolk 4 months ago and he did the same thing at her house a year and half ago. She said the pressure is not the same , everything is clogged. When she opens a faucet it is a trickle. Unfortunately for her she did not have approximately $2,000. to correct the damage. If you use Hennessey good luck to you!

    Well Pump
    $2,000

I would highly recommend Hennessey well service. We lost our well point and we had a lot of mud. Our cold water tank was shot as well. He replaced everything in less than 24 hours and was very reasonable.
