This contractor is terrible. Do not trust him to perform work in your home and certainly do not purchase a home that he has renovated. He does not obtain necessary building permits, which means his work is not subject to inspection. He lies, misrepresents, and steals people's money. Do your research on him. Contact the city of City of Columbia and file a complain with LLR if necessary.

Having stayed in a property that was renovated by this person, I can say that the work is sub-par. Grout missing from shower floor. Mitered corners do not meet. Nail heads sticking up on railings. Proper safety measures not followed such as railings on stairways, etc. Leaking sinks. Crooked beams. No putty of nail holes. Doors that are not level since they close on their own. I'm not sure how he passed the standards for getting a builder's license in SC. They used to be very strict.
