If I could give him a negative star, I would. You would think that someone who works with people constantly would have the descent common sense to treat them fairly. This man has not once been to the house we've lived in to even fix a single year. The carpet is so thin that is has already started ripping apart. There is major plumbing issues, A/C constantly breaking down, and yet he hasn't investing in fixing those major issues. And we've lived their for over five years. He is rude, spiteful, money hungry, does not care about the quality of his property. And a little birdie told me that he treats his workers like crap.
