I encountered THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER w/STEVEN HEPNER (LICENCE # AR0010620) of COLLEGE PARK, ORLANDO FL. I WILL NEVER ENGAGE w/STEVEN HEPNER again and DO NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES TO ANYONE else considering the use of his services. I'd give 0-Stars if it were an option. He was paid in full and then went dark for weeks even with my many attempts to follow up via phone, email and text. Only way i got my money returned was because i had the foresight to use Paypal's 'Goods & Services' option to which they intervened and rightfully returned my money. At one point, he even engaged in tactics I would think be similar to those used in extortion (my opinion only based on the experiences I personally encountered) with the assistance of a 'contractor' partner of his, William (Bill) Knox of Knox Building Services LLC College Park, Orlando FL (who also tried to extort money from me - and i quote "Pay me $X,XXX.xx and I'll go away"). I encountered THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER w/STEVEN HEPNER (LICENCE # AR0010620) of COLLEGE PARK, ORLANDO FL. I WILL NEVER ENGAGE w/STEVEN HEPNER again and DO NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES TO ANYONE
