DO NOT HIRE! I hired Herbert about a year ago to design a 3-car detached garage. He promised plans in 6 weeks, but 6 months later I still didn't have anything from him. He kept making promises and excuses why he was late, and promised to provide "within a few days". I eventually had to sue him for Breach of Contract, which he lost. It's now 6 months later and he still hasn't repaid me the money the judge ordered him to repay. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this guy as you can. He is going to steal your money.
