work is only guaranteed for 1 year will not repair bad metal roofing that leaks. Too much money and too little service. pay attention to the sales pitch because in the long run you the work does not hold up

Their house if beautiful thats why we bought one. But be careful of their warranty. One of our window is leaking water to the point it build up moist,stain and cracked moldings around it and we had them come to our house and they investigated to the point they put camera. We video tape that it was really leaking from outside the window while they are being monitored by cctv. Anyhow, they were trying to fix it but they want us to sign a agreement that if anything happens again like that they will not fix it again, mind you our house is not even a year old,smh.so we end it up didn’t sign it because it’s part of the warranty.so we’re now in pain and trying to have our home insurance deal with it and worst case scenario have law suit involve in this case. I just want everybody to know be careful of the builders who are you choosing with.
