We had a tornado hit our area in Aug. of 2020, Heritage worked hard to get our roof replaced, Noah has been our go to guy. What a blessing he has been to us. Hands on whenever we needed him and answers all our questions.
It has been a long journey for us, but the end results exceeded our expectations.

This company came to our area after Hurricane MIchael and placed a roof on my home approx 8 months after the storm. about 7 months later it started leaking and we realized they did not put the flashing on the chimney. We have been fighting with them ever since to correct the issue. Now rocks are falling off my fireplace cause a danger in my own livingroom. there is a nasty water stain on my ceiling and 2 years after the storm I still have a blue tarp on my roof. DONT TRUST THEM

It was a pleasure dealing with Dave with Heritage Construction & Roofing! He was flexible with scheduling to meet with me and did a fantastic job of explaining the product and the process. They exceeded my expectations by having my roof completed 4 days before it was even supposed to begin! They communicated with me through the whole installation of the roof. Thank you Dave and Tanya!

Heritage Construction & Roofing is a genuine and hardworking company. They don't beat around the bush, they get straight to work. They handled my insurance company. Two weeks after they put my roof on, they did my kitchen and two bathrooms. I was very impressed with the work they did at my property. Derrick was there everyday the roof was going on.

I was very impressed by Heritage. They worked very diligently. Their communication was on point, my husband asked them if they could remove and replace the rotten wood on our chimney and they provided us a fair estimate and they were able to re do the chimney the day after the roof was done.

I appreciate all the hard work this company does, everyday. The people working at heritage were very understanding of my son, Chuck, who has special needs. Loud noises can frighten him. Typically my husband can keep him calm but he was back in Montana for work. The project manager talked to Chuck and kept him calm during the installation. Chuck was amused by the crane truck putting the shingles on our roof. My husband was worried about our son the week our roof was being done, he was so relieved when he came back. Outstanding company and selfless people working there! My husband and I recommend them to anyone needing a new roof and a rockstar team of people. Thank you.

DON'T TRUST THEM!!!
A representative from Heritage Construction approached me and requested to inspect our roof -- as they were replacing a neighbor's. They told me my roof had wind damage and that insurance would likely cover the full cost minus the deductible. They assured me that there would be no cost to me except my deductible and had me sign paperwork stating the same. Insurance reviewed the claim and agreed to pay for the cost of full replacement (which was great!). Unfortunately, after that it was all down hill.
While they did a nice job replacing the roof, they left nails everywhere. It took me five calls to finally get them picked up. On a couple occasions they lied and said they picked them up. When my neighbor stepped on a nail, they admitted their mistake.
My biggest issue is that they essentially STOLE $3,000 from me! To my understanding, all fees had been paid by insurance and nothing remained outstanding. There was no communication otherwise. However, when we went to sell our house, we learned that Heritage placed a lean on our home and took the money out of closing fees.
When I called them, they said that it was a mistake and insurance needed to pay me back because they were still owed money for the roof. After multiple calls/emails with insurance, Heritage failed to provide documentation on why money was still owed to them. Per insurance, their quote went up multiple times and it appeared they were trying to charge for more materials than necessary.
While Heritage admitted that the money should not have been collected from me, they said that insurance would have to refund me even though it was paid to Heritage. After a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and nearly nine months of calls/emails, they still have not resolved the issue. I requested that they pay me back for what they "stole" from me and deal directly with insurance to get what they believe to be owed. They failed to respond to this request on multiple occasions.
They are basically crooks! Don't trust them. If they tell you that you could get a roof covered by insurance, believe them, but then call somebody else who will deal with you in a fair and ethical manner.

Heritage Roofing is one of the worst businesses I have had to deal with in the 30 years I have owned my home. They are not honest and take advantage of and abuse AOB’s! They accept insurance money for work they did not do, they bill the insurance company for work they did not do! Beware stay clear! Very greedy and dishonest company! Save yourself from dealing with dishonest people and go with a reputable roofing company! Read Yelp reviews too!

Unfortunally, we have not had a good experience with this company. We met with David Ortiz and Julian in October. Showed them the roof and siding damage. They finally installed the roof in February. He we are in April and they still have not fixed the siding. Our house is pending for sale and the lien search still shows an open permit on the re-roof. When my husband called David he stated that he thought this was already done. After telling us they would come last week, David now does not answer our phone calls. We have left several messages and have not had any return calls from him. The girl in the office is outstanding and very polite and professional.

Our exoerience with Heritage has been positive. Our sales rep Danny made the process a breeze. He also made sure our new roof was completed ahead of a hurricane that was heading our way. The roof weathered the storm beautifully and it looks great too.

My review starts with your Salesman Larry Williams. He was the most helpful salesperson to come to my home. I had seven quotes and I was about to make a decision when Larry met with me and sold me on his company. He stood by my side through the entire job and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. We also met with a Mario and a David whom helped on the supplies and installation of the roof vents. This Company has very OUTSTANDING Employees and I have already referred them to other people. Heritage would be the only Roofing Company I would recommend as I can assure people they stand behind their work. Thank You to all the employees that were so kind and helpful to my Husband and I.

HERITAGE roofing is an excellent company for all your roofing needs, new or repairs. All their products are top of the line. Their prices are excellent and very competitive.

Please whatever you do hire another roofing company! This company is a SCAM, you will not get an estimate for your roof charges. You will get a contract without a price, why? They will bill you for an outrageous price and will harass you for more money. I do not understand how this company has gotten away with what they are doing. A roof does not cost more than 20k for a small house. I will let everyone know not to deal with this company and if you decide to please get a lawyer because you will need one!
