    Put up a foundation wall
    $100,000

    No they were recommended by my insurance company and also dropped by my insurance company. They were hired to put up my foundation wall which they built the house off the foundation wall. Which leaked over 10 times. Took them 7 months to complete. From June to Sept they let my house sit with no front wall. They didnt knock down the front wall down to the footer by the blueprint. The let wall was also supposed to be knocked down all the way to the footer which they didnt do. Used the wrong sill plate and no sill insulation. The drain tile placed around the footer was supposed to be 4 inches above the footer. When the entire job was redone the drain tile was 28 inches above the footer. The front porch posts were supposed to attached to the footer which there footer was a little piece of concrete and the porch post were not attached to the footer. Just cut and free standing. There was no drain tile put on the right side of the house. No vents were placed in the basement. The entire job had to be redone by another contractor. There was no supervision on the job when Heritage did it. I would not recommend this contractor to any one after what the damage they did to my home. They dented my new gutters and damaged my siding. And my down spout. Cut my garden house in half without my permission. Damaged my sofit. Nailed my fence back to the wall instead of putting a post-up. I can't speak for their work only what they did to my home. They got 2 violations from DPOR over my job that is posted online. I would rate them a -1 on there work to my home. I have 2 engineers reports that are both negative.
