Heritage Homes offers several different floor plans, which can be modified to meet your needs. They also offer many different options for floor coverings, cabinets, built-in shelving, etc.
I hear people comment they all look the same but they can be built to fit your needs and choices. I have seen a lot of different ideas from people we know who modified their floor plans. You just had to let them know what you would like. They helped us and offered suggestions.
We contacted them almost a year after our home was done when a fast winter snow melt followed by heavy rain pushed our basement egress windows out and we needed a replacement window. They were amazing with helping board up the window, get replacement windows, the cleanup, and allowed us to hire them to redo the basement damage. We couldn't have done it without them!
The only problem we had with them was the warranty work. Most of the items were not fixed or not fixed well.
We had a buckle in our living room carpet at that time and now four years later after they "fixed" it, we have multiple buckles in every room and we continue to see more come up.
We moved from an old farm house that had old, worn carpet and never had a single buckle so this is very disappointing since we continue to notice more of them all the time.
I imagine we will have to move all of the furniture out and have the entire house redone again as it continues to get worse all the time.
We did notice one of the ceiling fan light fixtures we had chosen (and paid for) was on our bill but was different. That was OK, just should have been corrected on the bill if they didn't have the more expensive one or whatever reason they had for installing the cheaper one.
