    Overcharged $750 for 30 minute repair. Her promised to make it right, the went back on his word and became disrespectful and unprofessional. This owner/company has NO integrity! DON’T NOT USE!

    Remodel for bathroom install

    AVOID!!
    The owner/operator of Heritage Plumbing LLC, at 2106 E State St, Eagle, ID, is VERY unprofessional, rude and a poor communicator, with no regard to providing good customer service. He would not provide a detailed breakdown of his work performed or cost breakdown beyond general numbers, even when asked politely. He was also quick to place blame on me, the customer, with no genuine effort to understand my position or care for my home remodel needs. All considering his professionalism and cost of the scope of work compared to the three other contracts who worked on my home remodel, he/Heritage is WAY over priced. I feel gouged and left with no proof of guarantee on workmanship.

    This was, bar none, the WORST customer service experience we have ever had. Mistakes, excuses and a hostile owner. DO NOT do business with this company.

    New construction plumbing roughin and finish

    Worst possible contractor

    Lots of 'bad behavior' during new construction. Would NOT recommend this company for any work. To date:
    1. Misplaced 6' master bath tub during roughin. It was shoved into a corner, with the lip of the tub under drywall. No way this would have been watertight.
    2. Misplaced PEX manabloc during roughin. This required rework to raise the panel 3 inches to clear spec'd cabinets.
    3. Overcharged for install services. Installed yard hydrant and overcharged $300. Took builder intervention to get refunded the difference.
    4. Theft of material from building site. Builder's package included spec plumbing fixtures (faucets, shower, bath filler, shower combo) but homeowner (me) elected to substitute with upgraded (Moen) fixtures. After plumbers left (see item 2) performed inventory and found items missing. Again, called builder and after 3 days, Heritage Plumbing admitted that they had removed material from the jobsite.
    Item 1 and 2 can be considered just sloppy work or even 'miscommunication'. Item 3 is my fault, didn't get an estimate beforehand. Item 4 could actually be considered actionable.
    Maybe this contractor does good work when he's close to home and worried about his reputation, but put him at a remote site with little supervision, and his actions demonstrate that he doesn't want to follow plans or conduct himself in a professional manner.
    I'm waiting to get him off my property and then I'll bring in a plumber that really wants to do the work.
