Jason Garza & Sophia Megaro, Owner and Business Manager of Heritage Roofing & Gutters Inc. I don't even know where to begin.
From the moment we met, through the completion of the job at hand, these two individuals were just a dream come true to work with. Jason as an owner is so completely genuine when he sets out to do a job for his customers, and when there is a question on the installation, he is right there to answer that question and make you comfortable about your purchase. He understands the value of your hard-earned dollar that is being spent on a HIGH value product and wants to make sure you are completely happy with the finished product. I had an area on my roof that didn't pass his final inspection and he PERSONALY removed the product and fixed it to his standards of perfection himself.
Then there's Sophia. Look up the words "Wow", "Sunshine", "Electric", "Enthusiastic", these are just a few of the words that mildly describe her and probably have a picture of her with that beautiful smile next to them. It was such a pleasure to deal with Sophia on a regular basis. She made the whole process of permitting and scheduling so easy and accommodating. Her knowledge of the process and product sure set our minds at ease and made it a pleasure for us to work with Heritage Roofing & Gutters Inc.
Now, here's the kicker.... I'm a state licensed Home Inspector. and I see roofs of all types and kinds. Trust me, I know when Uncle Bob put your roof on, and I know when a professional has put your roof on in a hurry, and when they do it with care. Jason has employed for him, some of the best in the trade, and it shows not only in the finished product, but also in how they keep their area clean and managed. As an example, at the end of each day. The crew went all around the house with magnets to pick up the stray roofing nails that may have fallen into the yard and hedges. They were concerned for not only my safety but also my two dogs and their paws. They did such a good job that I have mowed my lawn twice with my lawn tractor and I haven't picked up a single nail in any tires.
So, from start to finish, I give Heritage Roofing & Gutters Inc. all 5 Stars and 2 Thumbs Up. As a Home Inspector, I will gladly and comfortably be referring them to future clients of mine. In my opinion, there is no greater complement than a personal referral.
With all that said, I'd like to say "Thank You" to Jason and Sophia for a job well done. Good luck to you in the future. Keep doing it this way and Heritage Roofing & Gutters Inc. will be a household name.
