    Dan is the best! We were extremely pressed for time and needed to have repairs done to our house before listing and moving within a 2 day time period. Dan came to the rescue. He was very communicative, professional and provided quality work! I highly recommend him!

    Dan is the absolute worst ever! He never showed up for a quote after telling us for days he would. We are day before closing and he still has not given a quote or even gone to the home. We were told a week ago it would be done. DAN is the absolute worst contractor I have ever experienced and his work ethic is absolute GARBAGE

    Home build

    After we moved in we noticed our ceilings looked like they were going to crack. We were told that they would have to be redone with compound then sanded and repainted. What? Also they only gave us 2 window screens for the whole house and will not give me more. I had to buy kitchen cabinet knobs after I moved in because they said they didn’t know what kind I wanted. Why didn’t they ask? There is no kitchen light switch in the kitchen! It is in the dining room. Now I have to hire an electrician to put one in because it is so frustrating. Was told by builder that they didn’t catch it this time and they’ll let their designer know so the next house they build will have a switch in their kitchen. Doesn’t help me with my situation. I could not close my laundry room door once appliances were in. They had to move my door and now it not only looks bad (good thing I’m the only one to see it) but it doesn’t close smoothly. Again they’ll let the designer know for his next home build. He emailed giving me a day that he was coming out and never showed. I waited a week and sent another message and somebody showed up on back deck the next morning while I was sleeping. I called Dan and said you just can’t show at my house. He said he sent me a message 30 minutes ago saying they were on their way. You can’t do that! I’m trying to get him to at least fix the bathroom ceiling since it’s a small area and I’m still trying to get 4 more screens so I can enjoy this nice weather we’re having without bugs flying in. It’s been weeks and I haven’t heard anything. I would not recommend this builder!!
