Mr. Watts met with us and very thoroughly went over that architects drawings and how those plans would translate to our property. Mr. Watts also went over the estimated costs and timeline for the finished product. After we gave him the approval to handle the project (and the first draw), he started very quickly as we had already selected materials for the house. Mr. Watts was on the property every morning giving instructions to the various subs that he had contracted to work for him. Everyone was polite and the two glitches that occurred were quickly corrected. The thing that really stood out were the extra touches like adding columns to visually separating the open kitchen and the dining/den area. He also suggested several minor modifications that added to the overall impact as well as tighter placement of the custom cabinetry that enlarged the areas available for movement of my husband's scooter (he was disabled) and the furniture placement. All in all, we were more than satisfied with Mr. Watts' dedication to the project as well as his expertise. We would most definitely recommend him and would hire him again should the need arise.
