I am very disappointed with his service. He had us pay upfront and never bothered to show up or respond to finish the job. He ended up messing up the water heater and left us without hot water for over a month. Finally we had another plumber come in and he told us that we were over charged and it was non repairable. After talking to someone else found out that they too were waiting for service.after paying him upfront. When I called him to ask him about why he has not responding or come back he had a ton of excuses. he was to provide me with "his" proof of non payment after he denied that we paid him 650 up front. Still waiting for a response and a month later nothing. Don't hire this dishonest guy

Very dishonest. I would not recommend working with them. They are unreliable and do not come when they say.

We had an issue with a rental property in Las Cruces this week and Hernandez Plumbing Heating and Cooling was recommended to us. Made contact with Nick Sunday morning he agreed to go look at the unit on Monday but he didn't show up until Tuesday. He failed to bring the proper equipment to fix our issue left and never came back. Tried to contact him several times no answer finally got a hold of him Wednesday afternoon and another promise was made to go back to the house later even though it was already 3:00. Told him if he could not be there by 5:00 to forget it. Nick had no problem cancelling the job and dipping out on us! Oh yeah and by the way it was 106 degrees today!! Thanks Hernandez Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for nothing!! Would not recommend doing business with this company.

I called Nick at 8 AM to request a bid he called me back by 9:30. He started the work by 10 and was finished running my gas line by noon. Of course had to come back after inspection to light pilots and remove his gauge. I would call him for questions and he always answered and explained the process to me. Not once was he late for a promised appointment. He exceeded my expectations and I was very impressed with his work. Great Job Nick and Thank you for your hard work.
