    many of our tiles have already been replaced because they were not placed correctly. will need to replace all of them now because many more are cracked or loose. will cost more than 3K. I am sure there is no recourse with them.

    They’ve been paid close to 100% for my project, have done maybe 15% of the work, have not shown up in two months, have not followed up as promised, and have disappeared from the face of the earth. But that’s what they do. They take their customer’s money and run. They are scam artists and the quality of the work they did do is so low that other Contractors don’t want to take it over. They have robbed us of tens of thousands of dollars.
