Do a OK job, if you have leak from your fireplace area, his 5 years warranty doesn't cover. You need to pay again to fix the leak.

The communication and pricing was great. Work was completed in a timely manner. A couple of things did not go so well:
- the downspouts that were installed, were not properly mounted flush to the house and leave a gap between the stucco and the downspout.
- my Gardner found a lot of nails around the house from the job

dTime will tell, but it appears Jesus did an excellent job on my roof repair! He is wonderful to work with. WE had no communications problems, and he was always easy to contact and/or returned calls very promptly. [I should mention that before hiring him, I contacted at least three other roofers by phone, who never bothered to returned my calls!]
Also, Jesus's price was reasonable for the job, and he took time to explain everything completely before beginning the project. -
