Hired him for home remodel. Quoted job to be completed in 10 weeks, almost a year later and job is still incomplete and has since abandoned our project. It has been 3 weeks since I was in contact with him, no response to phone calls, texts, or emails. He is a very young, inexperienced, and un-professional. I have paid him over $70k, last payment of over $4k and he just walked away from the job saying he ran out of money. He took the money we paid him and used it on other jobs and left our house in shambles. I would not recommend this so called contractor unless you want to have your money stolen with a lot of empty promises. I still have an open permit on this project and he is no where to be found our heard from. He brings in inexperienced people of the street and claims then to be subcontractors, but they've never worked a day of construction. According to other contractors I've had to bring in to fix his sub par work, he didn't pay his subs either which is why he can't get quality people to work for him. He claims the subs won't come back to fix/ complete work because we're not happy with the work, but the truth is, they won't return because he isn't paying them. Good way to get a lien on your house, if that's what you're looking for!
