His & Her Plumbing was sent to my home by National Service Alliance due to a recall on my mobile home's shut off valve. When the work was completed the plumber did not securely replace the drain hose for my washing machine back in the drain, did not move my laundry center back where it was when he arrived and did not place the cover for the main shut off valve in the yard. When I spoke to him 5 days later about his negligence he became hostile on the phone, accused me of yelling at him, informed me he was "technically on vacation" and hung up on me while trying to communicate with him about the situation. I then called Sur Clean the restoration company and they assured me that all of the damage would be repaired with no cost to me. The technician with Sur Clean, David, was kind and considerate as he has been through this entire process.
The plumber working under Hers & His does not represent his company well due to poor communication skills and his inability to remain professional when dealing with clients.
