Hers and His Plumbing-florida

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I used this company to fix a toilet and sink that would not drain. After I paid them the issues happened the next day, they refused to return and would not refund my money. After calling and asking for a manager to call me I never received a callback.

Nate arrived on time and was very professional. He replaced our hot water heater which I greatly appreciated since tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I needed hot water! He answered all our questions and did a great job. I highly recommend Nate and Hers and His plumbing

Zach Roseberry did an outstanding job. He re-piped our house, was so knowledgeable and professional. Trust is so important and he earned it. I will never hire another person to fulfill my plumbing needs.

Timeliness, Problem Resolution, Professionalism, Communication] The work was completed in a quick and timely manner.This is a company that is obviously experienced in dealing with ruptured pipes. I'm very satisfied with the accuracy of how no other area of my property was affected by them bringing a machine in to complete the repair.This was the company hired by the warranty company that covers property owners side of the meter leaks.

Charlie arrived and he immediately spotted the issue, he explain exactly what was needed, and what he was going to do. He did a terrific job, I would truly recommend Hers & His plumbing.

Dan was great! He temporarily fixed our problem so we could use the bathroom then he scheduled the change out for our sewer line. They did a great job keeping in touch. Very professional. Highly recommend!

After waiting all afternoon (2PM to 5 PM) for a plumber to show up, we got a call at 5PM that he would be another 45 minutes late. My problem was when my washer drains thru the washer drain pipe into the low internal house drain pipe that is also a vertical vent pipe the water started backing up flooding my Laundry Room. After this plumber finally got here, I asked if he could run a snake through the roof vent pipe to clean out the drain pipe. He said he couldn’t; I assume he didn’t know how to snake a pipe. he said he was coming to fix a washing machine. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY PLUMBING PROBLEM!!! They might be OK to fix a washing machine, but then personally I wouldn’t call a plumber! “. LOL

Worst experience ever, they took forever to come to fix water heater, we needed new parts, obtained them next day, then another week for them to come and replace them, finally when done they left me with a gas leak and they won’t come back to fix it!!!!!!

The technician, Mark Paradise, offered truly exceptional service! He was on time, professional, informative and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure and a unique experience from start to finish. Thank you His and Hers Plumbing for having such great technicians!

Hers and His Plumbing is an amazing company. They came to the rescue over the weekend and I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Mark who was our plumber did a great job taking out are old and installing a brand new hot water heater both Mark and John I highly recommend as plumbers and this company I highly recommend. We had an excellent experience with His and Hers Plumbing. The company sent out Mark THANKFULLY, on a Sunday. He even arrived early. Mark checked the outside lines first. Then, he checked the toilets. He found the problem to be a worn out toilet fill valve. He fixed it the same day. Mark was professional and informative. He explained and showed us everything before doing any work. We definitely recommend His and Hers Plumbing. We are looking forward to a lower water bill!

They did everything necessary to complete a difficult job in a timely manner.
Kept in touch with me during the process. It was a water leak between the meter and the house. Hard to find but they did.

On 9 Oct, I was scheduled for 11-2pm for a toilet clog and the technician shows up at 520pm. After not even trying to clear the clog, he tries to sell me a camera diagnostic. I said "No" try to fix the clog first. He then goes to his truck for 30 min and after I start asking what is going on at 5:55 he said he is following protocol. When I say protocol was 4 hours ago when you should have been here to fix my toilet he leaves and tells my wife he does not like my attitude? I tried calling and the answering service said call tomorrow. My toilet remains clogged. The technician should be fired. I am still waiting for this company to reach out to me and explain what happend? I called them several times yesterday wondering where the technician was? This company does not really seem to care about the quality or even the accomplishment of the job? Not contacting me is a true indication of it. It is very sad to give up your entire day to wait for someone to show and does nothing but sit in his truck.

On July 5, 2017, we had a pluming issue. A plumber from His and Hers plumbing was dispatched to our home. He diagnosed a leaking valve on the outside of our home as caused by water pressure issues but having not tested the water pressure. He shared this information with our home warranty company resulting in a denial. The His and Hers plumber then recommended $530.00 worth of repairs including a water filter for sediment which we have no sediment because we are on city water that he said was necessary but not covered by HOME WARANTY. I refused the offer and called the City of Sanford. The City of Sanford sent out the city plumber within a half hour after the plumber from His and Hers left. They found no pressure issues and stated that water pressure cannot be isolated to one house that are all connected to city water as our house is. The City of Sanford plumber stated that a licensed plumber should have known that. The city found a reading of 20 open 50 closed which is normal. I called a separate plumber from Dain Genie and paid for the repair of the leaking valve on my own costing $155.00. That Drain Genie plumber stated that those valves fail frequently in Florida because of the intense heat from exposures to the sun. This company lacks either skill or ethics.

Charged $75 upfront before coming out (that should have set my alarmbell going off). The rude employee (Jeff?) stalked through the house without explainin much, then disappeared for 15 mins to the point that I thought he left, came back said he ordered the faucet and get back in 10 days. When I asked about the stoppage, he said he was not doing it, call the homecwarranty company. I called his office, told them to never come back...ever! Next day another plumber came out, fixed the stoppage, ordered the faucet and he was very pleasant during the visit. This company sucks! Go with another plumber!

I had a water leak that ran from one bathroom, straight through to another and into the garage. This was a scary situation. However, Jeff Lamons from Hers and His Plumbing came out to fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get to the source of the leak. He even came out on his day off to make sure things were completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.
