With this extensive experience it allows us to build any size custom home at any location, on time and within budget. Model– Hess Construction LLC has developed a team-oriented approach for building our client’s homes. We do this by coordinating a team of architects, designers and you, to initiate the process of incorporating the latest technology with time-honored craftsmanship bringing you an artfully created home that reflects your individual lifestyles and personality.
Scope – Whether you are building or remodeling, you can expect quality and value from Hess Construction LLC. Arden has constructed homes ranging from 1,500 to over 15,000 square feet, as well as remodels and additions. Each home has been constructed by combining the best materials available and is held to the highest industry standards. In addition, Hess Construction LLC offers many specialties including custom designed wine rooms, craft rooms, cabinetry, shelving, beam wraps, mantels and more performed by their in house skilled craftsmen and specialty subcontractors.
Community Outreach– Hess Construction LLC feels strongly about community stewardship and has donated time, materials and monetary contributions to various organizations such as: Boy Scouts of America, Muscular Dystrophy, Granite Education Foundation, United Way Vita Program, Habitat for Humanity and Volunteers of America. Arden has further shown his dedication to community efforts by being awarded the Boy Scouts of America Silver Beaver Award.
Accreditations – Hess Construction LLC is a member of the Park City Area Home Builders Association, Home Builders Association of Utah, Build Green Utah and The Green Building Association. Hess Construction LLC received the Builders Award of Excellence for the Park City Area.
