We had Clinton wire our up stairs and put in the HVACs when we got our modular in 2016. After he was done there is 3 outlets up stairs that don’t work and a closet light. I called him several time to come back he got paid to do a job he did not complete he came back once told me he be back the next week to fix it and never did. When he put in the heat pumps he ran a peace of pvc pipe under our porch step as a drain I told them no that would not work not only cause it looked bad but it also was a safty hazard he did rerun it but did not bother fixing the hole he drilled in the foundation. The house was completed in July. In December our twins was was born we started using the second bath down stairs with them it neaver felt warm so one day I put my hand down the vent to see if something was blocking the heat my arm went into the craw space he didn’t run any duct work to it. I called him again I was little aggravated at this point told him when he came to fix it to fix the light and 3 outlets as well. He waited till I was gone to work came to my house didn’t let no one know he was on the place snuck in the the craw space. My wife was home with two new babies. She heard him thought someone was try to break in on them. She looked out the door and recognized the truck she confronted him over not let her know he was on the place. Ask him about the 3 outlets and light again. He told her it was so late he come back well it’s now 2019 he didn’t come back.
