We had Jeff completely re-roof our 1,300 sq ft home in April 2016. He stripped the old roofing, repaired some underlayment, and added fascia boards to cover the rafters. We were mostly happy with the job he did although there was miscommunication about additional costs that we believed verbally were going to be “a few hundred dollars” and turned out to be almost $2,000 additional.
He included a written 5 year warranty at the time of installation.
2 years after installation in 2019 we are selling our house and the termite inspection turned up mold affecting a corner where 2 fascia boards meet. I asked him to come out and fix the issue. He came promptly a day after I called to see what it would take to fix but ended up saying it would cost $500 to fix. He couldn’t exactly state what the warranty would cover, but he was sure that this issue WASN’T covered.
It seems like he does okay work, but on his own terms.
