Knows his stuff, is reliable, unbelievably accessible, reasonably priced and easy to work with. Highly recommended, in fact could not more highly recommend!
A highlight from my experience; I couldn’t get my furnace to work (install from before I moved in and a completely different system then Tim installed). I have a baby and needed heat ASAP, called Tim on a weekend evening. Not only does he pick up, but he troubleshoots with my over the phone and solved it within 10 minutes.
Hey Now Heating and Air is exactly the type of vendor you want to have in your repertoire. Hired Tim to install a Mini-Split system in my remodel. My time-line was a mess and being the DIYer I am, I left everything to the last minute, destroyed some stuff, all while expecting to fix it myself on a deadline. Tim came to the rescue, fit my ridiculous schedule and installed the system and got it ready to plug and play for me.
Tim was conscientious of all the right things that concerned me as a homeowner; where to run the lines and what/how to cut the drywall for the least damage possible.
Hired Tim again to re-route ducting and again he came through in the unbelievable clutch (48 hour notice) to customize my system.
10/10 Amazing HVAC vendor
