HH Hunt are the worst builders. They threw my house together so they could close and get my money. I found so many problems before I moved in and a lot more after moving in. They don’t give a damn about satisfying the homeowner or correcting problems that were made during construction. Everything you ask them to correct in a big no, “We can’t do that , that’s the way it’s supposed to be.” Anyone with common sense would know better. I would rate them a zero if I could!

HHHunt does nothing but lie to the homeowner and finds every excuse not to cover items during the warranty period. Do not buy homes from this builder, because once they have your money you no longer exist to them. Expect to find major defects along the way.

BEWARE OF HHHUNT….. I just moved into my home in September and everything was going good until the builder set me up. I am now stuck with a 2,000 plus WATER BILL from 3 WEEKS OF WATER USAGE and no one is responding to me when I send emails and make phone calls. As a first time home owner I would expect the builder to be more responsive on the matter. They also have not been out to the house to check the irrigation system as they promised. My neighbors have also had outrageous high water bills as well. I would not recommend buying a home with them. And you can forget home warranty department handling your issues they are the main ones that do not respond nor do they moved quickly to resolve issues
ALSO, the two garage they promised was a lie in my case, I can’t even fit a Nissan rouge and a Honda Civic in my garage, they gave me more grass then garage so I will NEVER purchase another home from them.
