This contractor doesn't back a guarantee on his work. He refinished my garage floor for $1,600 and guaranteed the job for 3 years. The finished started coming off in 2 weeks. He has come out and looked at the mess twice and admitted it was a poor job and wasn't done right and he would get back to me. This job was done a year ago and no resolution has happened. Now I'm forced to get a lawyer and sue him and his partner in court. Be very careful in hiring these people.
