    This contractor is terrible, poor craftmanship, poor quality products, doesn't respond to warranty complaints, admitted installing cheapest and poorest quality materials, problems with leaking irrigation system, water in basement, poor painting inside and out, tore up neighboring streets and driveways and didn't fix them, did not deliver on landscaping as promised.
