Margarito Perez and his partner provided exceptional service in our time of need. Not only did he find the source of a leak and fix it the right way, but he looked at the other vents that had similar potential for issues and fixed them as well. There was also a side question that I asked about a flashing over a bedroom that he addressed as well, even though it was out of his way to do so. Margarito not only had the necessary tools, materials, knowledge, and experience to take care of our home, he also took safety considerations and his customer service was phenomenal! When the need arises again, Margarito will by my first and only call. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!

I have a three-year-old workshop/man cave. Its roof was installed with above average materials. However, I found water damage inside the shop. I have a regular handyman contractor I hired to help finish the inside, and do a few other projects. He recommended Jaime, who came to assess the roof. He found the flashing at the top of the slant roof was not propertly nailed, nails were backing out and one corner - above where the water damage was - was lifted because the rusted nails failed. In the end, he discovered the entire roof had not been installed correctly. He took lots of pictures and sent them to me to see the damage. The decision was made to replace the entire roof (the builder of the shop, "Better Built Barns" will be hearing from me).
Jaime got the good Corning Duration shingles, same as our house's new roof, and installed a new roof on the shop. The roof pitch is a gentle slope so felt was overlapped a bit more, he installed the edge strip over the eves on the sides (helps with freezing temperatures and adds extra protection for the eves), and the new flashing at the top of the roof was what should have been installed to begin with. In the end, we have a great roof that will last, and be completely waterproof, likely for the same decades as we'll get from the house roof (installed a few months ago). And they match perfectly. He did the job quickly, professionally, and after they cleaned up there was no evidence they were ever there. As well, the price was very good for what we got. Overall, communication was good, they are all very nice people, and their attention to detail is really quite impressive. While it was a small job, the entire roof and cleanup was done in an afternoon. I'm thrilled with Jaime and his crew at Hi-Right Construction.
