Carlos Montenegro, the project Manager, was accesible, easy to talk to (as I was long distance), provided photos of work done and was very organized with the workers. Bhey, the administrator kept me informed of the work done, follow up with me when the workers would be coming and payments. It was a pleasure to work with professionals!

David and his crew were the gentlemen that helped us with our room addition project. The updated one side of an unused room and attached a new dwelling unit to our home. The entire team was beautifully organized and prioritized their work effectively. This is a top-notch company that has everything going for it. their more than qualified staff, great customer service, competitive pricing, and reputation for quality remodeling are some of the things I am talking about. They worked on our recently purchased home and quickly brought it up to speed. Hi-Tech Builders worked on our living room, kitchen, and bathroom. They changed the tiles painted several sections, made some structural changes, worked on all the cabinets, windows, and sidings, and somehow managed to nail all of it.

I met with David and aside from the designs I needed to change the bathtub and tiles so I needed quality to be prioritized. I was there when they brought the new tiles and bathtub which was great and I believe of high quality too. They completed the remodeling, and I wasn’t expecting anything less; they did good, and I have to commend David for his great communication skill.

Hi-Tech Builders is one of the best constructions and home improvement contractors in Encino, if not the best. I had a great experience working with them and I am sure you will too. do not hesitate to hire Hi-Tech, because the results you will get will be fantastic. I have no doubt. Even though I didn’t closely supervise them when they were working, the work ethic they displayed is worthy of note. They understand how critical the times are and at all times keep to social distancing measures, put on masks, and will sanitize their hands over and over again, even on camera. They will clean after they work and never fail to carry me along. Before I knew it, they were through. They deserve all the praise.

This isn’t one of those times where you lose on the dollar its quite the opposite. My recently purchased home that was remodeled before purchase has that modern look and feel but the bathrooms just felt like you are in a different home. I needed to remodel all the bathrooms and I checked online for some recent modern bathrooms designs. I saved a few, met with David and he said it will be very possible to replicate those modern designs but the materials won’t be exact due to my budget. Hi-tech builders were transparent with the prices and as David said, they replicated the designs which sparked up my home. Now I think I have to remodel my whole home; my bathroom is too flashy.

May did an amazing Job getting to finish the remodeling and construction of a new office at home. she paid attention to all the details and was able to work with our preferences throughout. She never hesitated to follow due process by carrying us along and always spotted an incoming mistake or error before there was even one. The rest of her crew were amazing as well, they work so well together and were very critical to the success of the entire remodeling process. David from Hi-Tech Builders Inc is arguably the best contractor I have worked with considering the size and scale of this job. I have worked with several other construction contractors in the past but David certainly gets it. Hi-Tech Builders Inc remodeled and renovated our bathrooms and kitchen. Before hiring them, I got other bids from other contractors but I ultimately hired Hi-Tech Builders because of the value I would get at a reasonable price. All through, they were always on time and never failed to clean up after work. They listen carefully to my opinions and were very responsive. Will happily work with them again.

Hi Tech Builders recently completed the remodeling of our kitchen and bathrooms at our house. We have been very fascinated with all the high quality and attention to details. Everyone at the team that did the actual work including the designer, electrician, plumber, tile men, cabinet makers and painter was skilled and professional in their field. The whole work was finished on time and within our budget. Very professional and good company to work with!

We just finished the remodeling of our kitchen and master bathroom remodeling project by Hi Tech Builders and design. We truly don’t have anything bad to say or write about them OTHER than only good things. As part of the remodeling of the kitchen, David was able to include a good size of new island and also new counter top and all the cabinets. Our house required a lot of work because of his age and because it’s been a long time since it was remodeled or upgraded. We met with David at our house and we fell in love with his 3D design and ideas because it proved to us that he really understood what we wanted and visioned. We worked hand by hand with May at Hi Tech Builders and we found her and her team to be the most detailed oriented, resourceful and helpful people in each and every professional aspect area when it came to the remodeling project of our kitchen, bathrooms and few other spaces. Our remodeling project was the remodeling of our front and back yard including re-plastering the pool with quartz, coping, tiles, lights, adding new automation system for the pool, designing and building our BBQ pit, new grill area, outdoor lighting and more... We decided to redo the landscaping because the existing backyard was old and was not functional for us. We did a large online research and we came across. Hi Tech Builders. We honestly very happy that we actually did! We were nervous at first but at each step of the work, David and the team exceeded our beliefs. The team that did the actual work including David (our onsite project manager) and the staff at the main office always kept us up to date and responded to us in a timely manner each time we had questions.

We have used Hi Tech Builders for our roof repair (a year ago) and this year we decided to just do a complete re roof. Last year, David informed us that the repair will be a temporary solution and that this year will need to just replace it with new one. Our overall experience is much higher than just great! David was very professional the entire time of the work and very communicative. The customer service is perfect and all the billing system worked like a charm and without any issues. The installers were very professional and honest too. We will definitely refer them to our friends and family.

Excellent response time! I spoke to David and I was able to schedule a meeting with him within 1 hour after my call and 5 days after singing the contract with him – the work began! The estimate that was prepared to me was very detailed and included more than I asked for. The contract that I signed with him was to remodel my master bathroom and kitchen. David provided me as part of the estimate with a 3D design of the new spaces and it was the closest thing to the real remodel that they did for me. The entire remodeling project ended in no less than perfect condition and I’m very happy that I made the right decision by hiring David and his team for my remodeling project.

All the people who worked at our house, worked very hard in order to make our remodeling vision come true. Each time we arrived at the end of the day to the house, we felt like we came to stranger’s house. Our remodeling project was the kitchen and it took them approximately 5 weeks of work. They installed us white cabinets with engineered counter tops. The quote was in the middle of several quotes that we got from other companies. Our decision to hire Hi Tech Builders was based on the quality work that we knew we will get against the search for the lowest one or any nonsense expensive ones. Before we hired them, we did massive research on prices of cabinets, appliances, counter tops and more… and we came to a conclusion that Hi-Tech Builders estimate was very reasonable. David was a truly joy person to work with. His patience must be tested many times during the work but he bared with us very professionally. We easily recognize the high quality of the design and finishes of the work at our kitchen. Our experience with Hi Tech Builders left us no less than a great impression.

Lior was our contractor. Lior was recommended to us by a friend who hired him before and when he heard that we are looking for a contractor… he gave us his number and urged us to talk to him. We did have 2 additional quotes for the remodeling that we wanted to do and Lior had the best price! What we loved more was that his knowledge, suggestions and experience was much more than the other ones couldn’t offer! We felt that Lior will do a more professional job and mostly – he can deliver. The master bathroom that he did is beautiful and well-designed/done. The remodeling started with a full demolition of the existing one and rebuild it based on the design that Lior did for us. Lior was very patient with us while making sure that the new design will fit our needs and style.

Our experience with Hi Tech Builders went excellent and without any problem of any kind. They all were very skilled, honest, hardworking people and professional. We are by far much more satisfied and happier with the final remodeling project and with all the business aspect. All the payment schedules were well organized and easy to follow and understand. Overall it was a very positive experience and we valued all the consideration to detail.

I hired David for 2 bathrooms, living room and the entry remodeling project in my home. For my kitchen remodeling project, we did a good research about who can do that work on the best side and at fair price and from all the ones that we liked what we saw and met with, we received estimates and compare them one with the other. From the final 4 companies, we hired at the end David and Hi Tech Builders. David did an amazing job and was with us each stage of the progress. We have a large space of potential kitchen David was able to create a stunning kitchen using most of the space while still giving it an open space feeling. Before and during the work, David always able to provide us with many great ideas that just improved the design of the kitchen and followed through. We will use him again on future projects.

We contracted Lior for our complete remodeling project on our master bedroom/bathroom and a large facelift for the entire first floor. Lior’s quote was very fair and he included everything we asked for. Our project involved a lot of coordination of many people that were involved in this work. Lior was great at matching the difficulties of our job and the convenience of his crews. He was professional man with a lot of experience which brought a lot of asset to the project when there were little issues along the way. Lior was easy to be reached – including on weekends - he was always available to help and guide us. The completed project that he delivered us is absolutely beautiful.

We used Hi Tech Builders in the past for a small remodeling work at one of our investment houses and we were happy with the work they did for us. This time, we hired them to do a major remodeling of our kitchen and some work on our dining room and laundry room. We were very happy with the design that was done for us by David and with the remodeling process that helped us getting what we wanted in all the remodeling spaces. The remodeling started on time and was completed on time as well, with no delays that could cause because of missing working days, missing materials etc. The working crew was polite, kept us fully involved during all the remodeling stages and all of them were available for us to all our questions and comments that raised during the work. That time frame included demolishing completely all the remodeling spaces and rebuild them. Everyone in this project included the office staff was very honest, hardworking and skilled. May at Hi Tech builders designed, drafted and implemented the plans for the remodeling that I did on my new house that I just purchased. Her design ideas including the experience and her huge help was beyond my expectations! After the design stage was completed, I went ahead and asked May to quote us for the remodeling itself. May was able to give us a quote that was very good for us and I hired her for that stage as well. During the work, I saw all the attention to details that May and her team put for the work and it was very high. The remodeling project was completed a little bit after the agreed time frame (which is completely understandable) and May did several changes that I noticed and I asked for during the actual remodeling process. We hired Hi Tech Builders when we bought our new house in Pasadena and we couldn’t be happier with that decision! I hired Hi Tech Builders after I received several estimates from several home improvement companies. The estimate of Hi-Tech Builders was the middle of all the estimates I got and I felt that they were worth the money! My project manager (David) was skilled, thoughtful, on top of everything and approachable. The remodeling process was not complicated but simple and we had several long meetings at my house where I sat with David and talked about everything, I wanted to get all the changes that I wished to make in his designs and the final price. David explained to me the whole remodeling stages in details and as part of his estimate, he also generated to me a 3D design of how the remodeling will look like based on the design he that he came up with. The 3D design gave me the ability to see what the final work will be before he even started the demolition. After the meetings that we had, we scheduled the starting date and the end date including a rough date for each one of the stages. Generally, I had a great involvement with all the people at Hi Tech Builders and I was very satisfied with the ability, efficiency, and devotion.

Lior is definitely exceptional contractor in bringing up to life any remodeling project that is based on the client needs and budget while incorporating ideas, improvements and great solutions. As an investor that own several properties, I contacted Lior to remodel my recent investment purchase and to remodel the kitchen, bathrooms and the front yard. In the past I have hired and worked with several designers, contractors and home improvement companies but I find him to be the most talented person in relating to stand behind his quality of work, making the impossible – possible and providing what the remodeling really needs. His ability to match paint colors, styles, design, layout & functional results is more than I thought I could get! I will hire him without any doubts again in the near future.

May was extremely planned, well-mannered, specialized and easy lady to work with and mainly to dealt. She helped us from the early stages of the remodeling by planning the new layout and selecting all the relevant materials and finishes for the two full bathrooms remodeling project. All the materials that she provided for us were of high quality materials. She also was very reachable by phone and he visited our house each day during the week in order to check the work of the crew, approving each stage and addressing all of our questions, comments and concerns. More than that, the working crew was reliable, prompt, hard-working and organized. During the work, we noticed that they always focused to the original plan making sure that each item of the remodeling will be no less than in perfect condition, but also very open to our suggestions when we had any. The quality of the bathrooms is by far the most superb one that we ever saw due to all the attention to all of the details. We could not ask for anything better than what we got from them! We are very happy and pleased with the work and we will definitely use Hi Tech Builders for future projects.

Our project started as complete remodel for two bathrooms and partial remodel for the kitchen. We took four bids but I knew we were going with Hi-Tech almost immediately. They weren't the cheapest - but the Project Manager, May Perez, won me over immediately with her knowledge, eye for design, professionalism and energy.

We're a month in right now and our initial plans have expanded to include a full remodel to the kitchen now, the garage, and other types of work done in every other room of the house. I can't imagine the process being any easier. The communication between May and my wife and I is constant. She answers ever question and addresses any issues I bring up. The workers are punctual and skilled. And, best of all, everything is staying on schedule.

We hired recently Hi Tech Builders for our large scale remodeling project that included the kitchen, 2 Bathrooms, fireplace, living room and master bedroom remodel. Part of the remodeling project included the removal of a wall, adding a beam, replace all the electrical wires, re-plumping, replacement of the existing interior doors and few other tasks. Our experience with Lior at Hi Tech Builders was excellent all the way from the beginning to the end because they were very skilled, truthful and detailed oriented. The designer, listened and understood all the details that we wanted and she was able to bring an entire layout that is gorgeous and stunning. We were referred to Hi Tech Builders by a family friend and we contacted Lior, scheduled a meeting and provided him the vision of what we wanted to have and to also know how much we can spend. Lior came back with his laptop and with a 3D design of the pool including all the hardscape that by far surpassed all of our hopes and his proposal estimate was also within our budget (which means that he listened to us and understood our needs very good). Lior even made some modifications to the placement of the pool which maximized the space of the backyard. Lior estimated the remodeling project as a 3 months project (on a daily basis). We believed that it will take much longer because the type of the pool that needed a cut into the hillside, hardscape, sprinklers and more and more... But surly enough, they were done with the project a little bit longer than the 3 months. We do recommend Lior and all his team to anyone who is looking to design and build a pool. Lior helped us picking out all the colors for the stones around the pool.

Hi Tech Builders is by far the most professional home improvement company that I have ever dealt with or even hired! A truly pleasure people to have at my house. The remodeling project that they did at my house was completed in a timely manner. Before we started the work, we told David that we have a small timeframe for the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms remodeling because we will move out from our current house very soon and there for, we have to move in to the new house that we just purchased. The total time we had was 10 weeks including the moving. David promised us that everything will be ready by that time and he did keep his promise! The complete remodeling work made our house like a complete brand new one and we will absolutely hire them again!

We’ve hired and used May and her team of people at Hi Tech Builders to gut our old kitchen and to build a guestroom over our garage. We are very happy with during the whole remodeling project. The new kitchen was completed very fast (relatively speaking), with no problem of any kind and it was remodeled exactly as we vision it and with no hidden charges. The guestroom took a little longer, but mainly because the city inspectors delays. Due to our satisfaction with them, we already passed their number to several people and friends.

What we really loved at Hi Tech Builders was the way that Lior (the project manager) focused on the perfect solutions to all the small details that we truly cared about. He made sure that we will know and understand how much he wanted us to be happy and satisfied from the progress of the work and he did all he could to make that happen. He also respected and took care for the house during the remodeling and his team made sure to clean up the working spaces and after the remodeling was completed, they spent few days to help us place all the furniture back in place and even to hang all the pictures back on the walls. This was our first big remodeling and we are writing this review as our great experience with them. Lior, the working team and the people at the main office were great and we do recommend them to anyone who is interesting in any type of remodeling project.

We interviewed several home improvement companies to remodel our guesthouse. From the beginning, David had a professional and great energy that made us feel relaxed by hiring him and the company that he represents (Hi Tech Builders). David was truthful about what he capable of doing and Although Hi Tech Builders was not the lowest estimate, we valued the realistic, detailed and comprehensive estimate! For our remodeling project, we wanted to remodel the kitchen, flooring and bathroom. The remodeling looks perfect! The most important thing that we loved was their commitment to value and the speed of the work. I’ve worked with other companies in the past and they never finished any work on time. I was impressed on how fast they worked on the house. David was perfect in regards to communications, timelines, outlooks and questions. During the days I was at work and not home so David was excellent in e-mail and text which was really necessary to finish this remodeling project. All of the above is the reason why I will be working with them again in the future!

1) Biggest issue was lack of job oversight and work inspection. Work was not checked carefully. As a result, we have to live with errors that were not corrected. For example, misplaced light switch (no one had a proper working blueprint, rendering was subpar; kitchen floor not level (visible sloping ) not aware if the installer mentioned a possible problem to the sight manager; damage to chimney hood (hood outlet not properly placed, so installation left gap at top not properly concealed); enlarged kitchen opening is crooked and out of square. We noticed this issue only after job completion sign off) 2) NO FINAL CLEAN UP, inside cabinets had wood shavings from cabinet and hardware installation; DUST on cabinets, countertops, ceiling fan, hood, stove refrigerator and windows 3 ) Issues could have been avoided if sight manager had done careful and frequent sight visits 4 ) would have given a higher review, if we didn't have VISIBLE reminders of the issues that were not corrected 5) our schedules were disrupted on several occasions when appointments were not kept

David and his teams at Hi-Tech Builders were very professional, honest, helpful and skilled in designing and remodeling our house completely. David’s knowledge and involvement in our project were much more than we thought and his ability to manage so many people at the same time while focusing on the perfection of the work, gave us a great picture of what type of company they are and what we will get at the end of the work. Hi Tech Builders exceeded my high expectations when in regards to the remodeling of my 2 bathrooms, Kitchen and living room. Their overall price for the entire remodeling was very comparable and at the end, I even got few additional things that were not included at the original estimate. The work was progresses fast due to the fact that May made sure to have as many crews working at the same time each day of the week and they made sure to respect my house by making sure that the house will stay as clean as they could (mainly after the demolition stage). May went with me for few days to select and shop for all the final materials that I needed to have for the remodeling including the appliances and lighting fixtures… I especially appreciated the working crew that did the actual work, they were hardworking people, honest, trustworthy and easy people to talk to.

David was my project supervisor from the first meeting that we had and he was very creative and communicative. After our meeting with him, we met with another 3 other ones and none of them had the skills that we found at David so based on that, we decided to hire David from Hi Tech Builders for our remodeling. His design and vision including all his ideas fits to what we wanted to get and also because we were able to discuss the final price which at the end, fits to our budget too. I never felt pushed or pressured to sign his contract and he was thoughtful with all the items I wanted to have at my new kitchen. The team that worked at my house were very easygoing people and mainly hardworking professionals. During the remodeling, they came up several times with changes that did the remodeling much better and nicer (after I approved them of course). David was available for texting, talking on the phone and email. He was clear and specific during the whole time of the work. Communication was the best feature with David than with any other contractor I’ve ever hired and I’ve worked with several during my life. I do recommend David and Hi Tech Builders!!!

Our outdoor barbeque/kitchen in the pool area was just done by Hi Tech Builders who was referred to us by a co-worker who hired them for his last remodeling project at his house and he was very happy with everything they did. Our remodeling project was a large scale remodeling project to our opinion BUT to Hi Tech Builders it was a normal size project and they provided all the required attention to detail and great working capabilities. We had some concerns on the plumbing & electrical but Lior took care of all of them in a very professional manner. Part of the work was to build a custom fire pit and Lior was always nice enough to do whatever we asked. All the workers on the other hand… always made sure to clean up & they never left the house without the cleaning task. The installations was done perfectly, professionally, clean and with perfection. This remodeling project came out to be such a wonderful entertaining spot of the house and I strongly recommend them.

I chose the Hi Tech Builders for my home remodeling project after one of my neighbors who hired them for a large remodeling project was very pleased and happy with the whole process and final results of the work that they did for them. We worked and talked to David who handled everything in the work. The main reasons that caused us to also hire them were:
1) They gave us a detailed time schedule of the work and that they made is happen with no excuses.
2) All the workers and project manager came to the house each day and worked full days).
3) We had a scheduled meeting that covered the design and progress of the work during the remodeling project.
4) We had a constant contact with the office and the project manager that always answered us promptly to any of our questions and concerns
5) They were all professional, hardworking people that made sure to leave the house each day not before it was clean and safe.
6) And at the end we had a complete and final meeting that covered everything and also covered how we feel about the process and progress of the work in order for them to improve it for the next client.
On a scale of 1-10 for the overall work… we give them 10.

We start remodeling our kitchen with another contractor that was not able to finish it and we had a problem. We came across several companies including Hi Tech Builders and due to the situation, we hired them to finish what the other one couldn't do. Our kitchen was at early stage of the remodeling and lucky for us, the cabinets were in our garage waiting to be installed. David from Hi Tech Builders, came over and promised us that he will be able to help us and to complete this kitchen. The day after, he sent some of his workers to start the work and to have it finished asap. it took them a week and a half to finish this mess and we are thankful for him and his team (including a special thanks to Kristina at the office who handled all the paperwork and orders) for that. the price in total was a little bit high, but we have a kitchen now and this is priceless. They were able to finish the remodeling of the kitchen including all the cabinets, counter tops, the paint and the installation of the lights and switches.

After 2 of our friends hired Hi Tech Builders for different remodeling projects we went ahead and called Hi Tech Builders in order to check and see how, what and how much will it be to remodel our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. David was our project manager and he was the main person that we were in touch with. He took care of all the designs, construction and permits. The whole remodeling work was done more than promised in the original estimate and a little bit before the timeframe that was promised to us by David. The working crew and the office staff were very professional, pleasant, and reliable. We are 100% satisfied and happy with the completed remodeling work that they did and if know that if we will have any additional home remodeling projects in the future, we will absolutely have David and Hi Tech Builders to do the work. We highly recommend all of them.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and we are very happy with what David from Hi Tech Builders was able to delivered! The first thing we liked about this company is not only the get estimate but he also did amazing 3D rendering of our new kitchen! This kitchen remodeling started by trying to get few quotes around town from several contractors, and then to compare them as much as we could in order to get a normal picture of the prices. David was able to beat them all! He gave us a very detailed plan on what they were working and they got it done right, within 1 month. We just purchased a property in Agoura Hills so my parents can move there and live near us. We learned about Hi Tech Builders through a business partner whom we trusted so this was enough for us to hire them for our remodeling project. David gives great options on how he wants to handle the work. Our remodeling was a complete one so we wanted to have 1 person who can take care of basically everything. David was very professional and excellent experience with costumer service. We noticed during the work that he knows very good how to take care of both the easy and hard problems. When the work was completed, the house become gorgeous and better than we thought it will be. The tile floor style that we choose, completed the entire remodeling and gave the last touch that it needed. We wanted the kitchen to be classy but more functional for my parents. We also used stainless steel appliances and custom-made cabinets to fit our needs. The rest of the house included many features that fit elderly people based on my parents’ requests. Hi Tech Builders is by far the best company we ever hired. We didn’t experience any stress nor problems. All the minor issues were resolved easily.

Hi Tech Builders sent to our house Lior who came over and set with us for a while in order to understand what we would like to have in the remodeling project at our house. Our remodeling project was to remodel the kitchen, family & Dining room areas including new coat of paint and few other tasks. After he understood what we wanted to do, he designed a simple draft so we will understand how and where he thinks to relocate some parts of the kitchen and after we approved it, he then went back to his office and designed a detailed computerized 3D. After the design and the price was approved by us, he then came over with his workers to do the remodeling job. Each one of the workers was polite & flexible. After the work was completely finished, Lior sent back his workers to replace or fix some things that we had issues with. Our house was left clean during the entire remodeling. We received so many of great comments on our new remodeling and on our house in general. Thank you Lior for the great work you did for us and for the awesome service!

We decided to remodel our kitchen and we came across Hi Tech Builders online after spending a large amount of time in hope to find the right contractor for us. After scheduling an appointment with David the project manager, he came over to our house to check and reveal our needs, style and budget which helped him to give us a quote. David and his professional and skilled team at Hi Tech Builders are by far more than awesome people! We had a deadline to complete our kitchen remodeling project (including demolishing the old one) and Davidi promised us that he will be able to do it within this time frame (1 month) and that he will keep it within the agreed budget as well. David is the best planner and executer contractor we have ever got in contact with (and we did some remodeling projects during our life). Hi Tech Builders did a wonderful remodeling job at my house so we can complete the preparation of it for sale. The remodeling project was handled by David and it was to upgrade and bring to date the house including the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and more… This was the first time we have hired Hi Tech Builders Construction. Our decision to hire them was because we researched about them online and we came to a conclusion that they will be the best fit to our project. Although, they were not the lowest estimate that we got from all the other ones, but they were able to do an amazing job, to finish it on time, and the finished work was outstanding.

As part of the meetings that we had, Lior did a layout and 3D design model based on what I wanted before I even asked for the price or signed the contract. The price for the whole work was more than reasonable and it included everything I wanted with additional tweaks that Lior recommended me to include. The most importantly part was that the remodeling was completed within the time frame that Lior promised me. Few months ago, Hi-Tech Builders designed and built my addition at my house. We selected 5 construction companies that all had good online rating and we got 3 quotes for the same project. (Based on the design that we had). Lior’s estimate was appx $40,000 below the other ones. The price and the great reviews, were the main factor that made us hire them. On top of that, we wanted to be more sure about our decision, so we called few other clients of them and we personally spoke with them. They were all very satisfied with the work they did for them. Lior is very trustworthy and he don’t play any games. The final price for the work was the same and Lior didn’t add any hidden charges to the final bill. Hi-Tech Builders demolished and remodeled several parts at our house. They did our kitchen, two bathrooms and 2 fireplaces (1 at the formal living room and the second one at our master bedroom). While the people were working at the house they always tried as much as they could to keep the house clean and well organized. This was one of the main things that we truly loved to see because we were living at the house during the remodeling. The kitchen and bathrooms were demolished completely while we were able to use other parts of the house and May who managed this entire work, helped us in all the purchased, communicated with us on a daily basis and each Friday, she gave us a detailed progress report that kept us in the loop of the work. Our home is a lot more than the way we thought or imagined it will become and all of it is definitely because the people that were involved at our house. The office staff was really detailed and professional in regards to all the documents, paperwork, payments etc… they made sure to update us with any news or issues with her department in regards to our remodeling project. The guys who did the actual work (including several sub-contractors), always worked hard and they made sure that everything will fit perfectly and without any mistakes. They were polite, quite, respectful and professional. The finish project is stunning. We strongly recommend them to anyone!

Lior and the team at Hi-Tech Builders were very skilled cabinet makers with attention to all the small and big details that are required in any remodeling project. We hired them for our high end large scale remodeling project at our house. We are really in love with how this remodeling came out and mainly by working with the Hi-Tech Builder’s team because they were always open to our thoughts, ideas and they were easy to ‘collect’ all of them and to convert them into reality. The completed remodeling project is exceptional and it was completed on the same day that was promised to us by Lior. During the work, we definitely developed a fully trust with Lior and we enjoyed having him and the team at our house. All of them without any exception, were very professional, reliable and trustworthy by all means. We feel that we can’t write here enough about our experience with them and how big of a pleasure it was to work with Hi-Tech Builders and we have plans to hire them again in the future AND to refer them to our friend and family.

Hi Tech Builders is by far the most professional and honest company that we have dealt with for the last years. They are unbelievable company to hire and work with from A to Z! We hired them after we got their contact information from a friend who hired them recently for their large scale remodeling project at their house and they were extremely pleased with the work they did. During the work we did contacted several of their clients in order to hear from them what they think and how their remodeling project went. We did hear great feedback which made our remodeling project less stressful. Our remodeling project included the entire remodeling of our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and few other small tasks that we asked them to do while they were at the house. David was the person who helped us design, plan and execute the work. David was very nice to us, excellent communicator and know his work very good. He managed all the people that were involved at the house making sure that it will go smoothly and without any problem or delay. His office made sure to keep us in the loop of all the orders, deliveries and invoicing. We really love how the new remodeling came out and we highly recommend them to anyone who is interesting in a stress free remodeling project. Mainly during this days when we hear so many bad stories of companies that just left the work in the middle.

We had a large remodeling project that involved a totally redesign and rebuild our complete back and front yard to of our house and create a space for a mid-size tropical pool. More than that, we also did all the hard-scape and landscape designs implemented. Hi-Tech Builders did a stunning job including all the overall process. All the people including our project manager (Lior) were on time each day during the work, they made sure to stay within the budget and Lior, mainly, was an excellent person for us. On top to the backyard project, our front yard was re-designed with all new hard scape and landscape. The work took a bit longer than 2 months of work in which during that time, we were in full contact with Lior directly for any question or concern about the landscape or any other things that come up during the work. Lior is extremely experienced, approachable and caring and we will hire him and Hi-Tech Builders again in a second for any future remodeling projects.

It was a pleasure working with May and her team. May is a professional contractor, very skilled and experienced in any way, very structured, knows very well how to work around a budget and she is very detail oriented. Her another huge plus is his incredibly creative eye, she can take your idea and make it much better that the original. The people in her team were very dedicated and skilled as well. We had a pleasure to have them all around our house. All the guys arrives each day to the house and worked full days the entire week. On the other hand, Kirsten at the office kept informing us about anything related to the remodeling project. Our remodeling project was to remodel the kitchen, 2 bedrooms and the master bathroom. I highly recommend Hi Tech Builders, I’ve never had such an experience in any of my past remodeling projects.

After we met and interviewed 5 home improvement companies and general contractors for our remodeling project (kitchen, bathroom, and garage), we met Lior and we knew immediately that we want him to do the remodeling work. Lior was the only person from all the other ones that wasn’t pushy, aggressive to sale and he didn’t try to force us to sign right there without allow us to think about it before. We discussed about what we wanted to have and get and Lior was able to understand it very well and to execute it on the best side. During the work we had some small issues (very normal when a large scale remodeling project is being done) but Lior was able to handle all of them in a very professional way and pretty fast. The whole remodeling project was finished on the scheduled date and MAINLY on the promised budget. We will work with Lior and his team again for any new remodeling project we may have and frankly enough we already start planning to hire him for another remodeling as well. Great work, and wonderful communication skills from the office.

Hi Tech Builders did a complete upgrade to my house which included the removal of all the popcorn ceilings, installed ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, remodeled the old carpet in the second floor and install a new engineered hardwood floor and upgrade the kitchen (cabinets, island, appliances, lighting and counter tops), removed a wall in the kitchen that made most of the first floor much more open, update 2 of the bathrooms including the master bathroom. The work was managed by Lior Perez and he was on top of everything each day and making sure that his crew and sub-contractors are completing their tasks on a daily basis. The complete remodeling came out beautifully and it represent how professionals were the people and I highly recommend them to anyone.

We came across Hi-Tech Builders via a close friend who hired them before and were very happy with them. Based on that, we went ahead and hired them as well for a complete remodeling of our existing 2,600 SF house in marina Del ray, which was our new investment and a flip. Lior Perez was honest, well-priced, and very skilled and the final results were exceptional. Lior Perez was our project manager and he was wonderful. He was accessible to us during the whole remodeling time and we will definitely hire them again.

I would highly recommend May for any type of home remodeling project mainly to anything that is similar to ours! Mays work is very professional and her knowledgeable about home remodeling is high as well (as to building codes & restrictions). As far as the design - May was very talented in that part too. She managed her people on a daily basis in a s professionally manner while making sure that each day they will complete the required tasks in no less than perfect. I really appreciated her input and comments, she is talented in her own right. May made sure to answer any questions we had with solutions to 100% satisfaction. The Project Manager, May Perez, was great. We ran into some difficulties with a hood installation, but she stuck with us to work it through. Hi-Tech responded promptly to requests for information and kept us up to date. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. We’re happy with the results, but I’m not sure I ever want to remodel anything more. This was our first big remodel and we learned a lot. However, if I do another remodel, it will be with May and Hi-Tech.

My experience by working with Lior and his professional crew and vendors was highly appreciated. The worth of all the materials and workmanship that they used in the remodeling project at my house are excellent. What was mainly importance to us was the professionalism of his team and staff. Working with the site foreman was also a very helpful practice. His ideas, vision and mainly the attention to all the detail even the smallest ones made this project come together. In reference to the designer's input, follow-up, and guidance throughout – I must admit that it was much better than I thought it will be. We had no issues also with any of the different vendors and subcontractors that Lior brought in to this project. Everyone was polite, cleaned up daily, did great work, and were helpful in answering questions as we proceeded. We cannot say enough positive things about this team. The new kitchen is such a beauty and it adds so much to the house and mainly to the value of it.

Hi-Tech Builders was a pleasure to work with. I had them convert my garage to a livable space and Crisitan and his crew were easygoing and willing to do it within the time frame that I asked and below my budget. The construction went smooth and without any problem that the team couldn’t solve. The attention to details was very good and the complete project proved that. My communication with Crisitan and the office staff was also good and they responded my emails, texts and phone calls always within a normal time frame. Crisitan was a pleasure person to work and deal with while I will always recommend Hi-Tech Builders to my closest friends.

Keren and her team of workers from Hi-Tech Builders did a great job on removing and installing our new patio cover and building a new BBQ area. We wanted something more modern that will give us more shade and comfort than we had before. We talked with Keren, and we met with him at our house explaining him what we would like to do and have. Keren was able to provide us with a simple and nice design of the new look and he included her estimate for the work as well. After we looked and modified some few changes and played with the total price, Keren accepted our offer and we signed the documents the following day. We scheduled the beginning of the work with Keren the following week and Keren started on Monday! Keren was very easy person to work with and he provided us with a great service as well. I will definitely be calling Hi-Tech Builders again for few other remodeling projects that we want to do soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking to remodel.

David and May at Hi-Tech Builders just completed a room addition and the remodeling of other parts at our house. David and May designed, planned and ‘made it happen’ a lot more than we could have dreamed of! After the remodeling was completed, we converted our house to from a small dining area, kitchen and family room into a pretty big size kitchen and family space. In addition to that, they also replaced the existing floor that we has with a new hardwood floor thru the entire house, updated all the in-wall shelfs and cabinets and they installed new HVAC and tankless system. The work that was done by them (and without any external contractors) is by far the highest quality of work we thought we can get! David was always on top of schedules and he was positive and easygoing with all major decisions that we had to take during the design state and even during the actual remodeling. Thanks to May and her professional crew at Hi-Tech Builders, we were able to get our house remodeled and brought back to new life. In our first meeting with May, she was very skilled and as we worked around the list of items we wanted done, she explained and brought back great ideas and solutions to any possible problems we might have during the work. If she felt or knew that there will be a less expensive solution, she would offer them to us by explaining each solution and let us decide what to do. My husband & I were introduced to Hi- Tech Builders after meeting several companies for our house renovation. The team was exceptional, they were communicative and responsive to all of our questions and worked with our budget constrictions with several options to modify and adjust to our needs. In particular Ron and May, who went beyond the extra mile. Ron's professionalism and experience makes any new home renovators like ourselves, feel at ease. May Perez, 's attentive and timely response to each and every question we had along the way, her effortless coordination and management skills as the liaison between us and the contractors and the architect was flawless. I had Hi-Tech builders remodel two of my bathrooms in my home. I couldn't be happier with the results! Lior was a great help and so responsive throughout the project. I'm a bit of a type A personality so I had a lot of questions! Everything on my wish list was checked off l. The crew came in everyday and worked very hard and when they left everything was clean! I couldn't be happier with the results and I'm so happy with my bathroom. It feels like a day spa. Lior and his crew are amazing!
