Joe has no transparency when it comes to pricing. When I asked for a quote for my whole house HVAC he quoted $15500 and then later installed only 1 unit when my house needed 2 units (since there are two heaters in the house). When I asked him about it, he said that 2 units would actually double the price. I'm not sure who would pay $31000 for AC in a 3000sqft house. He said as if he's giving the best price possible without even taking 1 cent off. Note that I had heater in the place so there is no duct work needed. When I asked him about why would he quote $10000 for a single AC unit (not labor just the unit) he stated that's the wholesale price when it's actually close to $1500 for the unit.
