I was very, very pleased with the entire operation. A few years ago I had a roof leak while I was away on an extended vacation of over a month. All of this was during the rainy season of April-early May. Needless to say, I came home to a mess. Stormtite took care of everything. I got a new roof, along with redoing a lot of chimney work. The living room ceiling had to be replaced in a rather large area, repainted, and the attic area had to have mold treatments. Since so much had to be done, I decided to have the living room rug removed for cleaning. Stormtite also took care of this, moving all the furniture, and replacing everything. I can't remember how long this took, but I do remember it was completed early September.
There was some problem with the pointing on the chimney, and there were little leaks that needed patching. Stormtite kept at it until every little leak was sealed completely. They tested, redid, retested, and redid until I was satisfied. I was totally satisfied by late December, but they got the job done, and done right. I was and am very pleased with how it turned out.
Stormtite also dealt with all the insurance aspects of the job, too. I was grateful for that. Other than moving the little things out of the way, they did everything for me. They were clean and careful. Not even a nail from the roofing was left in the yard.
