So very pleased with their service. I was stuck, need to get one more year out of my air conditioner before replacing it. I got a couple of bids from "Bigger" companies to fix my problem, before a friend suggested to call Hicken Air. They arrived quickly, fixed the problem and it was so much more reasonable than the quotes I received from the "bigger" companies. I paid 1/4th of the amount the other companies wanted. The service tech was very friendly, explained everything to me and did a great job! Next year when I purchase my new unit, it will be from Hicken Air!

One star because they fixed the problem, the problem was that they, after multiple times trying to get them to bill me, finally sent a bill almost 10 months later.

Totally incompetent. Failed to mention or notice
the absolutely pervasive mold colonies covering the entire hvac unit and merely proceeded to clean the coils which obviously was completely pointless given the obvious visible mold growths covering the entire unit and surrounding enclosure. Mold testing revealed aspergillus, penicillium, cladosporium, and other basidiospore which caused me to get severely sick. My immunologist Dr. Duane Wong thinks I have mold toxicity now and I am scheduled to see a toxicologist at Banner Medical Center. Looking back at photos, the mold was so severe it looks like possibly mushrooms were even growing in there. How they missed this is completely insane. From my experience with them on 3 occasions, it seems they have a practice of automatically denying any mold growth unless you seriously push the issue and stand up to them, telling them they're wrong. It is so disgusting and unethical. How can a Morman who is supposed to be live a life with a high moral code be air incredibly negligent and put human lives in danger with these shoddy practices? They also sent in 3 young men to pretend (my suspicion that is) to install an HVAC unit and they tried to bait me inside this toxic place, almost as though they were testing me in order to report back to the landlord who is clearly friends with the owner of Hicken Air. Well instead they left my home unsecured and left my porch door wide open, where anyone could walk in, while I left briefly to use the bathroom at the library where I worked. Horribly unprofessional and I would never recommend this unethical company if my life depended on it.
