    Fix a broken faucet under our kitchen sink

    Our experience with Jeff Hickey of Hickey Plumbing was similar to the other negative reviews posted here. After failing to show up, he rudely responded late on Friday, claiming we never called him back after he called on Thursday (hence why he supposedly didn’t come by, although we were home and never received a follow-up phone call or text). He promised to come by on Saturday afternoon, but once again, he never showed up. On Sunday, we called him twice and texted him once, but he stopped responding entirely. By the looks of the other reviews, it seems his service only gets worse once he actually starts the job. Don’t waste your time waiting for him—find a professional who can actually do the work and communicate properly.

    Mr. Hickey was professional and courteous , the quote he gave me was accurate
    and reasonable. I would recommend his services to everyone . The work that
    Hickey Plumbing did was amazing.

    This guy has SUCH an attitude. He was an hour late to the job and didn't even apologize for it when he got here or called to say he was running late.
    Doesn't explain anything to you- even when you ask what the problem is that he's working on. He's in such a rush when he does the job. Would NEVER recommend this guy. AWFUL.

    Repair a rusted out section of pipe

    Jeff Hickey of Hickey Plumbing is avoiding to provide me a receipt for the work that he did in April. Why would an honest contractor not give their customer a receipt? If he will come forward and provide a receipt, I'll give him a good rating. Otherwise, cannot recommend his business.
