My experience with Hicks Electric was excellent. I called early this am and spoke with Rachael. She listened to my issue and then set up a service call. I received a call from my technician, Cody and set up a time for him to asses the issue. He arrived on time this same day with TJ and they started to troubleshoot the half power issue in my condo. Within a half hour they had it narrowed down to the main breaker box for the building. Since this would then be the responsibility of my Association, Cody talked to my property manager and gave him the complete details to be passed on through the proper channels. I was assured by Cody that my unit inside was in great condition and that I was not in danger of fire until the Association remedies the issue on their end. Promptness, Competence, Friendliness and Professionalism are why I am giving Hicks Electric this 5 star rating. Should the need arise in the future, I will not hesitate to call Hicks.
